Adherence to the highest international standards set by the ISPS Code ensures comprehensive security measures are available to protect ships and port facilities from security-related risks.

Last mile logistics services are available, customs clearance, crew mail management in the terminal, and deliveries and landed goods management.

Experienced mooring dock agents assist in berthing and securing the ship along the assigned berth.

MARPOL-compliant services include waste reception, disposal, sewage treatment. International standards ensure safe and environmentally friendly waste handling. Available upon request.

Onboard services include luggage handling, security, and cleaning. These services support or relieve onboard staff, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for all. Available upon request

Forklift drivers assemble and drop gangways upon arrival of each vessel. Only available upon request.

Latest technology and procedures are used in our passenger screening services, ensuring that all individuals embarking at the port are securely and efficiently screened.

Supporting ships with the navigation of vessels, pilots act as advisors to the master of the vessel and experts on local waters and navigation. Mandatory service.

The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force provides regular security support from its outpost , which operates from a nearby station. Saint Lucia Immigration officers are stationed at the port and provide 24/7 assistance and support services.

SLASPA Marine Department – Established measures are in place for dealing with pollution incidents, protecting the terminal facility and cooperating with national and international regulations.

Port agency services are available, including cruise line representation and administrative formalities, coordination of marine & port services (mooring, pilots, towage, Marpol, provisioning), crew services (visa, transfers & hotel arrangements), and medical service

Provisions supply services include food, water, medical supplies, and safety equipment are available upon request.

Stevedoring services cover the loading and unloading of cargo to and from ships. Efficient and safe cargo handling supports the smooth operation of the vessel. Available upon request.

A variety of technical equipment rentals is available to support ship operations, including Cherry Pickers, Cranes, Forklifts, Bobcats with Shovels, Manual Pallet Trucks, Mobile Cranes, and Electric Pallet Trucks. Available upon request.

Mobile working areas in terminal annexes accommodate the specific requirements of ship operations. Flexible spaces are designed to meet various operational needs. Available upon request.

Towage service available includes one towboat with the capacity to handle more than 70 tons of bollard pull. Available upon request.
